This is random issue, right? If not, then please tell us reproducible set of steps that leads to error. By looking at
the code, it seems that "mode" variable is null in Central.userClosedTopComponent - but I don't know how is this
possible and we would need reproducible scenario to find out.

Without requested information for long time - INVALID. We can't do anything in this case, so please reporter add
requested information and reopen issue. Thanks in advance.
