Provide for direct deployment of java apps to servers using the generated jnlp artifacts.

For 6.5, since the features have been frozen (ref:
http://wiki.netbeans.org/ImprovementsInJavaWebStartSupportInNetBeansIDEPost6.1), please consider updating online help as
requested at issue 136069 . Please consider this feature request for post-6.5.
