Description daveyost 2008-06-28 04:48:29 UTC
http://wiki.netbeans.org/DevFaqGeneralWhereIsJavadoc
says

"go to the update center (Tools > Plugin Manager) in the NetBeans IDE and request the NetBeans API Documentation module, which bundles Javadoc
matching your IDE release."

There should be an equally easy way to get the IDE sources, so I can navigate to a superclass implementation, for example.

reassigning to plugin manager for evaluation
Comment 2 Jiri Rechtacek 2008-10-17 08:34:45 UTC
Plugin Manager exposes API to install NetBeans API Documentation on demand. Need to support in Java editor.
