Currently, there are hundreds of actions in the big IDE (some of which are only executable in context of one project
type) and it is often very difficult to judge what they do from their name, even for experienced users. 

Whenever possible, it would be nice to display description of the action in the status line whenever it is mouse-overed
in the UI (in the main menu, main toolbar, etc..). For disabled actions, providing an information why they are disabled
would be of even more help.
