When I use the Ruby Plugins dialog for a project and install a
plugin, the Installed Plugins tab is not updated so it appears that
the plugin may not have installed correctly.

When the user switches to the tab, they have to manually execute a
refresh.

At a minimum, the tab should get an updated number or an indicator
that the contents of the tab have changed.

I guess you mean the Rails plugin dialog?

I'll address rails plugin manager issues post 6.5, setting TM to future.
