If you run multiple machines and want the ability to export your config/key bindings/etc.. 
Then you want an import feature

Settings are in so called 'userdir' directory. You can set this directory by "--userdir <path_to_usedir>" on
command-line or in netbeans/etc/netbeans.conf.
