I started today's custom build and it froze, there is no CPU/disk activity. All editor panes opened just fine (projects
pane remained blank, however). Status bar says "Opening Main Window..." I am attaching the (constant) thread dump. The
deadlock is not reproducible now.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 080908)
Java: 1.6.0_05; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1250; cs_CZ (nb)

Should already be fixed, please try newer build.
