Now the pseudo-components can be based on global schema type only. It is necessary to allow global schema element as a
base as well. In case of schema element, the name and namespace for pseudo-component are taken from element itself. The
feature is applicable to pseudo-elements only. The Pseudo-attributes can't be based on element because of difference of
theirs nature.
