In the mapper, I added a widget to the center of the editor and started to drag from an input field on the left to one
of the input "pins" on the widget. However, the widget started "moving right" as I approached it (the center window
started getting wider, as indicated by the shrinking control in the bottom scroll bar).  Stopping the drag caused the
arrow to disappear, but the widget kept on moving right (the screen kept on getting wider, the scroll bar control kept
on getting narrower).
