It would be nice if I could select all the lifelines and drag them all larger at the same time.  Currently, if you 
select all lifelines and grab the point at the bottom to increase the size, only the one lifeline is increased in 
size.  It is very hard to make all the lifelines the same size.

Also, maybe some kind of snap to grid would be nice.

it was intended to be the same length for all lifelines except destroyed, it seems there is an issue.
as a workaround to align all lifelines you can temporary add new message, all lifeline lengths will be aligned then.
