Description masvacaquecarnero 2008-12-12 09:59:41 UTC
In the past, XML verbosity has been a problem in spring. Later versions of spring solve this problem by adding shortcuts and namespaces. It should be
terrific to add a quick fix to change this:

 <bean class="myclass">
    <property name="companyName">

into this:
 <bean class="myclass">
    <property name="companyName" value="redcetus"/>

 or even into this:
 <bean class="myclass" p:companyName="redcetus"/>

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
