Having the INS and DEL keys side by side it's easily possible to unintentional delete all your tasks. This is mainly 
because the default value for the DELETE action is "OK" and unfortunately the left/right arrows don't work.
This can have very serious ramifications for your work.

If you have unadvertently pressed DEL the OK will also be comitted by pressing space - very dangreous!!
