It's obviously not possible to import a .ics file as a subtask tree.
When doing an import, a warning that all existing enries are deleted would
be more than appropriate.

I thought user tasks to be a really nice plugin and I congratulate you to this great work.
Unfortunately within 2h of typing in scribbled notes I had a total loss of data twice.
So it's too dangerous for me to use in production before these simple data safety issues
arn't resolved (see also id=155864)
