Description: 

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) create XML document
2) modify document (add element)

The document is modified but Undo action (icon) is disabled.

Environment:
------------
FFJ Build 1127IE, Red Hat Linux 6.2 with (JDK 1.3).


Work Around: 
- open it in editor
- use undo

Evaluation: 

xxx@xxxx 2000-10-23 You are right, tree editing does not support undo/redo
action. This should be delegated to EditorSupport.

XML tree editor is not part of NetBeans since 3.5 version. No plans to bring it
back.
