When a one or more intensive processes e.g. vmware are running, OS X does not get a chance to keep up with the user events, clicks etc. If on such an 
occasion the start debug start menu is pressed multiple times, at the point when the OS is ready to handle all the clicks, multiple php debug windows will be 
created and displayed one on top of the other!
