Breakpoint properties dialog opens as blank.  Watches, Local Variables, etc., can see values only through hovering.  
The toString() is not visible.  Breakpoints window shows whether a breakpoint is enabled only when hovering, the 
checkbox is not visible.

I have been able to see this behavior even after attempting to discount any of my preference changes, or plugins added 
or removed, by attempting to view properties on a breakpoint after reinstallation of the product.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
