When adding support for new languages it currently doesn't seem possible to enable support for TODO scanning for the new
file types.

It appears the "project scanning" of one project blocks the navigation in another project even if the first project is
closed so only one project is now open.

user can manages supported file extensions and MIME types of TODO scanner via Tools/Option/Miscellaneous/Action Items
