Version 6.7M3

Scenario: 
- Create a model entity (e.g. class)
- Give it a name using an exotic character
- Save the model
- Close the project
- Reopen the project
- The exotic characters are transformed into ? or some incoherent symbol.

My config: Windows XP French Edition (standard encoding CP1252)
Use charmap.exe to paste Russian, Greek, of Chinese exotic character.
