Prepared statement editor is not 508 compliant.

Steps to reproduce:-
1. Start the dbbc wizard.
2. select operation prepared statement and press next.
3. select a URL and press next.
4. At "prepared statement editor" run a11y checker tool.

Expected result:-
log file should have all clear values i.e. none.

Actual result:-
