When creating a new action through the wizard, Netbeans freeze multiple times.

Each time I create a new action I running into one of the following cases:

First, it prompts me with the "Action Type" wizard page, then it freezes after a few seconds.
Second, I hit "Next >" and it freezes one more time.
Then I can see that the "Category",  "Menu" and "Position" drop down list boxes correctly filled.

I'm prompted with the "Action Type" page and I quickly click on "Next >"
The "Category", "Menu" and "Position" are showing "Please wait", and Netbeans freeze 3 times, after each it refresh one 
after the other the content of these drop down listboxes.
