Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200908110201)
Java: 1.6.0_13; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.3-b02
System: Linux version 2.6.24-23-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

When using JDK project some files has incorrect error badges. After opening this file the scanning is started, with log:
Going to recompute root ....", but after it finished, the error badge is not removed, so next time the file is opened
the scanning is started again.

Steps to reproduce (from the fresh userdir)
1) open all 7 project from openjdk
2) expand AWT & Java2d project and select SunToolKit.java in sun.awt package
3) open this file 
-> scanning is launged

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely not reproducible now. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
