[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.* ]

In the specified build, in a Maven project's Libraries node, I cannot
- Add Dependency
- Exclude Dependency
- Declare as direct Dependency
from the context menu, i.e. no changes are made to the POM.
No exception is visible in the IDE log.

Hm, just after sending this report I restarted my IDE and tried again.
This time it worked!
