I have two sample programs loaded; AnnotOvdinterceptor, and RaceDetectionDemo. I'm thinking that it is probably due to having only 512k of memory in my Aspire 5600 laptop. IMy OS is Ubuntu 9.10 Stable. Most of time is consumed in Jindent Netbeans plugin, not a part of standard IDE AFAIK.
