I try to use the subversion. And it can't checked out the subversion client.
I try to update. And it failed.
I find that the update url isn't valid, reporting 404 not found. Mine is "http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/6.8/uc/final/stable/catalog_zh_CN.xml.gz".

No one reply? Or not plann to fix this bug?
It's the reason that set in is unavailable, with a 404 error.
Please fix it.
Or maybe our Chinese users aren't with the ability your user?
