Description _ lkramolis 2001-11-20 10:51:50 UTC
In current state, each change in TAX structure is propagated into Swing text
Document and whole text is regenerated.

In future, we should create Possition Support, which connect TAX nodes with
parts of Swing Document, to regenerad just part, which was really changed.

Another possibility is to build TAX implementation on hierarchy of Swing
Documents -- all TAX properties will be represented by indexes into Swing Document.

Target milestone was changed from not determined to TBD
Comment 5 _ pkuzel 2002-08-13 18:15:47 UTC
It is subtask of issue 26478.
Comment 6 _ pkuzel 2002-08-13 18:22:32 UTC
An alternative idea is that we publicize a
parser that provides extra position
information. Clients could leverage such
information if needed.

Lost task. Invalid as there is no tree-edit AFAIK.
