To make some actions user must to open file in the editor then do this actions.

This is request to allow actions only by selection file in the "Projects" window using menu(s) and/or hotkeys.
The next step is carry over this feature to the folders.

"Fix imports" (for java source files), "Format the file" (java, xml, configs,...),  are most prefered for me.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
