Please allow using references relative to ${netbeans.home} (e.g.harness etc.) and other useful directories in "Favorites" tab.

Otherwise, those references will always break (using daily builds, which is also important for NetCAT!).

You can make them yourself using nbinst protocol if you edit the URLs in your user dir. Not obvious that the Favorites tab itself should do this on your behalf - may be surprising.
