NetBeans-JavaFX-Soma:  #181

  Product Version         = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201003081350) (#c9c80d9862fe)
  Operating System        = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
  Java; VM; Vendor        = 1.6.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.1-b02; Sun Microsystems Inc.

Steps to reproduce:

- Create A JavaFX class
------------  A.fx ---------------
public class A {

- Create B JavaFX class that extends A
------------  B.fx ---------------
public class B extends A{


- Delete the A file 
- Select Safely Delete checkbox on the Delete dialog
- Press OK

 The dialog does not show the warning message and the class usages
