Go to Tools -> Libraries
There is a library called restlib_gfv3ee6. The display name should be nicer.

there is no api to set the display name of libraries created with LibraryManager.createLibrary(String, String, Map)

The bug depends on enhancement ??? Shouldn't we increase the priority of the issue 182388. 
Moreover, the proper display name will be likely important for the upcoming server libraries infrastructure.

this ugly restlib was removed from 7.2..
