Description brucec 2010-05-19 08:27:46 UTC
The "Enter a new issue" link at doesn't work: it redirects to "My Page" instead of going to Bugzilla.

thanks for the report.

The link works:

* If I am logged to already, it goes directly to

* If I am not logged in, it takes me to the login page first and after successful login it redirects to Note that if I screw the login, the redirect information is lost and I stay on 'my page'

Comment 2 brucec 2010-05-19 09:40:29 UTC
Entering the URL always directs me to "My page"; I don't know what's broken about my setup!
Comment 3 Jan Pirek 2010-05-19 10:03:00 UTC
You should have cookies enabled for this page as it stores some auth tokens in the browser's cookies.

Comment 4 brucec 2010-05-19 10:21:16 UTC
I'm using Firefox 3.6.3 and have 12 cookies from I tried removing them and having them repopulated but that didn't fix the problem.

Looks like quite a mystery. I tried to reproduce with FF, but no success. Does this happen to you in other browsers?

Comment 6 brucec 2010-05-19 12:58:47 UTC
It doesn't happen in Konqueror 3.5.4.
Comment 7 brucec 2010-05-19 19:02:59 UTC
I've just tried this on Firefox 3.6.3 on FreeBSD at home, and it works - the version that failed was at work behind an HTTP proxy.

I have the same problem. I'm also behind a proxy. It keeps redirecting me to mypage -> I can't file a new issue!

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit
Browser: Firefox 3.6.3

With IE8 it works, though!

I have just tried from office network behind proxy. FF 7, FF 8 and it works as expected.
