Description chunkyks 2010-11-09 16:33:26 UTC
Go to options->Miscellaneous->Tasks, click "Add"
I am unable to edit the newly added ToDo pattern. It's at <enter pattern here> and I cannot edit it.

When it's first added, it's not selected for editing [like it usually is IME], clicking the "edit" button or double clicking the item does not make it so I can edit it.

I ended up adding it, then searching my config files for "enter pattern here" and editing the config file manually. That then correctly appears in the ToDo patterns when I restart netbeans.

This is on Ubuntu 10.10, 64-bit, manifesting on a Xeon processor at work or a Core i7 at home. I'm currently using the openjdk icedtea package that came with ubuntu. I've not seen this on any of my other datapoints, so I think the platform might be significant. [I'm also using nb6.9.1 on ubuntu 9.04 32-bit, windows 7 32 and 64 bit, and haven't seen the problem on any of them].
