VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, 19.1-b02, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.6.0_24-b07

GUEST: IDE was idle all weekend and CC disconnected

paul_floyd: Opening a file in clearcase. I'd used NB to add the file, and then merged into our main branch with a script externally to NB.

GUEST: Clearcase is down. 
The Clearcase plugin should handle this in the right way instead of blocking me from saving any work.

GUEST: Clearcase plugin error when clearcase is down.
