1. Start profiling session as described in (Taking Snapshots)

http://netbeans.org/kb/docs/java/profiler-intro.html

2. Create two separate snapshots of running application

3. Try to close snapshot tab

4. Question dialog is shown (it informs that snapshoot was not saved)

5. Choose "No"

6. Error dialog is shown

This looks like platform issue similar to issue #197222. Can you attach messages.log?

Right, this is 197222! I assume you wanted to refer to bug 192164.
