While in a remote debugging session, I accidentally closed the Debugger Console tab (it appears under the Output tab during debugging) - and I could not find anywhere in the menu structure that lets me bring it back up again.  I looked in the obvious places:  "Window->Output", "Window->Debugging", and "Debug".  Am I missing something obvious?  The only way I was able to bring it up again was to exit and re-enter the remote debugging session.  That's obviously not optimal.

Right, it's missing in the UI.
IMHO the correct place would be Window->Output->Debugging Console
