1) change NetBeans title line to: project_name - FILENAME full path - NetBeans ver.    
Now title is only  'project_name - NetBeans ver.' so to see filepath I must mouse over on tab and wait for hint.

2) add 'copy filename path to clipboard' context menu when right mouse click on TAB

1) this requirement duplicates 159722

2) "copy path to clipboard" is available via a 3rd-party-module http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/676/path-tools
