When attempting to Drag & Drop a Menu Item Separator, it can't be dropped to Menu drop down that is already open unless it it first dragged across the Menu bar first. This behavior is different than Drag & Drop of other Menu items.

Java: 1.7.0_01; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.1-b02
System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Reproducible - pick and plop works fine, but DnD of a separator has the described behavior.
