Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201201180601)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_30
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 20.5-b03

I am using MsysGit along with Git in NetBeans. 
And now what I get is everything in blue with tooltip (-/-), nothing modified. And  I can even commit from NetBeans, though there are no changes.
