- register (local) repo in maven repository browser in 7.0
- import settings in 7.1.1
- registered repo is not preset...i think it makes sense to import it. Can be treated as RFE, since i guess this has never worked.

These are intentionally not imported, since repositories are managed differently in 7.1.
