It would be nice to automatically show method parameters tooltip when caret is between brackets. It will save some time because no ctrl+p will be needed in this case. Very often I don't choose anything from the auto-complete list (I believe that I'm not alone), and in this case tooltip will never be shown (unless you press ctrl+p).

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
