The Git module is showing me some unmodified file in blue as modified file. So I have these files in blue and they are listed in the commit window also.

I tried to commit or revert modification several times but nothing seems to set work. The status for all these files is "-/-" instead of "-/Modified" as it is each time I really modify a file.
Hope that helps and I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
