Screenshot with the horizontal scrollbar that shouldn't be there.

1. Open an empty editor text file.
2. Type 'Hello world' on the 1st line
3. Type (or paste) on the 2nd line something long enough to introduce a horizontal scrollbar. Something like: 'This is a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long line.'
4. Select the previous long line and delete it.
5. Notice how the horizontal scroll bar is still present. It should go away.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
