Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_41

Reporter, please try running with JDK 1.7 and reopen if it is reproducible, thanks.

Also, can you please a different Mac computer? Or maybe turn graphics switching on/off?

I haven't experienced this issue in quite some time so I think the problem has been resolved.

Thanks!

I spoke too soon. It just started happening again. The trigger seems to be when the "connecting to database" popup shows when connecting to a MySQL server.

This is still a problem with netbeans 8 and OSX 10.10. 'fresler@netbeans.org ' is correct in saying that this happens when connecting to a database via the popup window. What Ive noticed is that the IDE goes through a lot of revalidation when this happens, and if the process is taking too long, this bug appears. It also happens to me in a very reproducible manner if I start working, my computer goes into sleep mode and I then take it out of sleep mode and hit CTL Space when starting to write a SQL query (which triggers the popup.) This bug has persisted in every Netbeans release since the bug was mentioned as well as with each release of Java. The only work around is to restart the IDE and not let the computer go into sleep.
