Currently the native packager always bundles RT artifacts from java.home. Newer packager versions allow specifying other RT; FX support should take use of this ability.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201304131047* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
