Please check attached screenshot (used git but the same happens if local revision is selected) and notice that left "editor window" is missing some syntax highlighting (e.g. bold fonts, proper colors of variables...). To get full syntax coloring, I have to click inside the left window. The same happens for PHP, JS and HTML files.
