After switch to JDK 7 nbms-and-javadoc freezes on invoke "ant -Dcluster.config=experimental build-nbms". I guess it caused by building NBM of o.jython.distro.netbeans. Reproducible by invoke:
ant -f o.jython.distro.netbeans/build.xml nbm on contrib repo.

I suggest to remove jython modules from experimental suite until the problem resolved.
