If somebody does not want to enter any specific tribe, s/he should be able to select "No specific focus" choice for both tribes.

As a workaround I have created a new "Free Riders" tribe to allow selection of two different tribes although it's redundant.

fixed, you can now submit No Specific Focus being set to both tribe choices. I'll change already submitted data by replacing Free Riders with No specific choice on Monday
