Description garbi 2013-05-30 12:27:25 UTC
On Mac OS X, when asking NetBeans to maximize the use of native look and feel (Preferences Windows > Miscellaneous > Windows), NetBeans projects are no longer recognized when navigating in the "Open Projects..." file selection dialog windows. This means that it is no longer possible to open projects from that dialog, making this option (maximize the use of native look and feel) useless and even harmful (as it took me a while to correlate this change in Preferences with the impossibility to open projects).

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3 (Build 201302132200)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8.3 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_45
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.45-b01-451
