Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.21-b01

The following is the plugin description of "netbeans.org Source Browser plugin"...

"Select a source file from a netbeans.org Mercurial checkout. Navigate > Browse hg.netbeans.org > ... should become visible. You can browse the selected file/folder as source or Javadoc."

But, after installing it, I am not finding any menu "Navigate > Browse hg.netbeans.org"
