Add Plugins File Choser

In the "Plugins" window, I click on the "Add Plugins..." button and the file choser opens.

In the file list, e.g. the desktop directory is correctly shown localized (German) as "Schreibtisch" based on the OS X translation BUT it shows between the directories "Cloud Drive" and "Development".

So obviously the original English labels, like "Desktop" in this case, are used for the sorting of the file list and not the local (German) ones.
