Upload functionality is really great, but I miss the functionality like "Upload to all remote configurations". 
It could be at least possible to bind key shortcut to do that. 
I know there is upload on save or run, but I want to upload file to production servers after I know it works fine.
If you have multiple similar production servers it takes some time to upload proper files to them.
